Wedding Ceremony Inclusions

  • Initial (obligation free) meeting/ general chat to see if I’m the right fit for your special day.

  • Filing of all the legal paperwork, taken care of & lodged by myself.

  • A face-to-face meeting over a glass of wine/ coffee to chat about ceremony plans & to sign the required paperwork.
    (this can also be done over Zoom if preferred).

  • Creating a completely personalised, elegant, engaging & relaxed ceremony script that’s authentically you.

  • My unlimited assistance prior to your day – including guidance in my resources to assist with Vows, Readings and ceremony structure ideas.

  • A Celebrant who is your biggest cheerleader & support person in the wedding planning process, offering unlimited catch-ups/calls/emails and guidance throughout the lead up.

  • My attendance on the day (at least 1 hour prior to your ceremony to liaise with your vendors) / conducting your ceremony & officiating your marriage.

  • My professional PA system & microphone, which includes Bluetooth connectivity.

  • Wedding Certificate.

A booking fee will be required to secure your wedding date.

Micro Wedding,  Elopements
or ‘Legals Only’ Ceremonies

Micro Weddings are smaller versions of the big thing, usually anything around 30 people. All of the legal aspects are still covered, and we still create a personalised ceremony for you, but the style that it’s delivered in will be more intimate and conversational. If you are thinking of holding this type of ceremony and unsure where to start - please reach out as I have attended some incredibly beautiful Micro-Weddings, and as a result I have plenty of recommendations for venues and ideas.

Elopements or ‘Legals only’ Ceremonies are simply the couple plus two witnesses, this is simply signing the marriage paperwork & reciting the legal vows to one another - with the ceremony itself only taking about 5 minutes.

The planning process

  • Step 1 - We meet

    Please reach out to check if your wedding date is available, and once I have confirmed – I’ll email through my package details.

    I then would love to organise an informal chat in person or over ZOOM (depending on your preference) where you can get a sense of my style and my personality & I can learn about your plans!

    I’ll explain how it all works and you can ask any questions you might have at this stage.

  • Step 2 - Book

    When you feel comfortable and want to lock me in, I’ll need a few signatures and a booking fee to confirm your wedding date & I will then guide you through the next steps!

  • Step 3 - Ceremony Planning

    This is where the fun begins, we will meet over coffee (or wine) and get to know one another. I will then share what a typical ceremony feels like & then we can chat through your hopes of what to include (or not include) to ensure I get the idea of what a great ceremony looks like for you.

  • Step 4 - Create

    I’ll get planning and writing your ceremony script that completely reflects you as a couple, I also share my ‘vow writing’ resources & assist you with making sure they are perfect.

    I also take care of all the legal documentation – start to finish, to ensure you can concentrate on the fun stuff!
